The website features specific landing pages (“Offers”) through which users can enter their email address to download a voucher granting a gift with a future booking.
Purpose of processing:
- to send the requested voucher;
- to subscribe the user to the mailing list for newsletters and promotional communications (with consent).
Legal basis:
- consent of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a GDPR).
Processing method:
Email addresses collected through the funnels are stored in the site database and used by the Hotel (and its supporting web agency) exclusively for informative and promotional purposes.
Data are not shared with or sold to third parties.
- c) Data collected through third-party services
The website contains links and buttons that connect to external services, for which the respective privacy policies apply:
- Booking engine “5stelle”, owned by Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l. (via the “Book” button):
when users access the booking system, data processing is carried out under the responsibility of Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l.
